Aim
To promote biodiversity management through the provision of alternative livelihoods in the forest adjacent communities
Objectives
1. To support alternative livelihood activities in all forest adjacent communities
2. To train women on micro enterprise in all communities
3. To train hunters and trappers are trained on animal domestication and beekeeping
4. To train farmers on sustainable agricultural practices in order t o increase household income
Activities
- Identification and organization of community groups
- Training of groups (women groups, hunters, farmers) on alternative livelihood activities.
- Training of women groups on micro enterprise management.
- Provision of equipment to support livelihood activities.
